DOORFLEX® System produces extrusion profiles supporting bi-fold doors and windows for:
› Private houses (balcony, winter garden, bioclimatic greenhouse etc.)
› Commercial buildings (commercial premises, restaurants, pubs etc.)
The related accessories grant different types of doors and windows.
30mm-section profiles guarantee doors and windows with odd and even doors, with inward and outward opening. The load is supported either by the rollers located in upper track or by the lower track on the floor.
60mm-section thermal-break profiles guarantee the same features of DOORFLEX30 system, using a dedicated profile with inward opening.
60mm-section thermal-break profiles guarantee the same features of DOORFLEX30 system, using a dedicated profile with outward opening.
DOORFLEX® System is based on EN AW 6060-T5 (UNI EN 573-3) alloy extrusion profiles.
The theoretical weight of profiles can vary according to size and thickness tolerance, in compliance with UNI EN 12020-2 regulation.
Accessories and gaskets can be applied to all types of DOORFLEX® system profiles
DOORFLEX® System is completed by:
› Papers.
› Specific punching machine.
› Materials and cutlist software.
› 1200x800mm extrusion profile samples.
DOORFLEX® System extrusion profiles must be treated superficially, in compliance with Qualanod regulations for anodizing and Qualicoat regulation for coating.
DOORFLEX® System is certified and patented.
Doors and windows must be set down in compliance with existing regulations, instructions and recommendations.
